In some cases, our support team may need temporary permission to impersonate your account to investigate issues more deeply.
If impersonation is disabled on your account, please follow the steps below to enable support access:
Steps to Grant Support Access
From the left-hand menu of your dashboard, click Settings.
Navigate to the Subscription tab.
Scroll to find the section labeled “Support Access.”
Switch the option to “Yes” to allow our team to access your account securely.
Once this is enabled, our support team will be able to impersonate your account temporarily to troubleshoot the issue.
If you have any concerns about privacy or security, feel free to let us know — this permission can be disabled anytime.
